Shipping Process

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday:
9 AM to 7 PM. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel, delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes and pandemics.

We have partnered with Shiprocket for shipping services within India & DHL for international shipping.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code, email & cell phone.

This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package. “Sarees” policy listed on our website.

Shipping Charges

For International Shipping and handling, a fixed rate of INR 2000 on each “check out” would be applicable. The same is subject to change in the future.

Shipping within India is free.

Shipping Timeline : Sarees that are ready in stock will be shipped within 7 business days. Customized saris will take 1-1.5 months to arrive, for a further explanation please consult the “Backorder Handcrafted Sarees” policy listed on our website.

For shipping within India, we accept all major debit & credit cards excluding Diners. We also provide Net Banking, UPI & Wallet options.

For international payments, we accept all major credit cards in major currencies excluding Diners.
