This is a patola inspired handwoven pure Katan silk Banarasi saree. The saree is two-toned, with the colors yellow and orange like the colors of the beautiful marigold flower. The saree has a payola inspired weave spanning its entirety. The weave consists of vivid pink, purple, and red-orange flowers encircled by forest green vines. The border is also accentuated by a gold zari that allows the colors of the weave to stand out. Typically, patola sarees are quite expensive, as they were historically worn only by those belonging to royal and aristocratic families. This expertly crafted saree is sure to make any woman feel like royalty.
