Due to the nature of our work and the made-with-care process involved, we do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

All our products undergo strict quality checks and are carefully packed and handled with utmost attention to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We take every possible precaution during packaging and dispatch to avoid damage in transit.

Please note:

  • Any damage caused after delivery or due to customer handling, misuse, wear, or alteration will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Minor variations in weave, color, texture, or detailing are inherent to handcrafted products and are considered part of their unique charm, not defects.
