Shipping Policy

At Mitan Ghosh Designs, we ensure that every order is packed with utmost care and attention so that your handcrafted piece reaches you safely and in pristine condition.

Please note that delivery timelines are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to unforeseen travel delays, weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, or other disruptions faced by courier partners and transporters.

We have partnered with Delhivery for shipments within India and DHL for international deliveries.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, customers are required to provide:

  • A valid mobile number
  • Complete shipping address with pin code
  • Active email ID

At the time of delivery, if the outer packaging appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, we strongly advise not accepting the package and to notify the delivery personnel immediately.


Shipping Charges

Shipping within India:
โœ”๏ธ Free Shipping on all orders

International Shipping:

  • Orders with a total valueย up to INR 25,000 will incur a shipping charge of INR 2,800
  • Orders with a total valueย above INR 25,000 (typically two sarees or more) will qualify for free international shipping

Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated at checkout and are subject to change in the future.

Shipping Timeline

  • Ready-to-ship sarees will be dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Customized and made-to-order sarees require additional time due to the handcrafted process and will take approximately 1 to 1.5 months to be completed and delivered.

Cancellation

Once a saree order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.


Modes of Payment

For orders within India, we accept:

  • All major debit and credit cards (excluding Diners)
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • Wallets

For international orders, we accept:

  • All major international credit cards in supported currencies (excluding Diners)

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay.
